Booking a Painting Party is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. SELECT YOUR DATE & TIME
Choose when you would like to have your painting party. Only a minimum of 15 painters is needed to book! Your private party is not secure until the deposit is paid.
2. INVITE YOUR GUESTS
Gather up your friends, family, or coworkers. Be ready to paint & party in the comfort of your own home or chosen venue! The Paint Sesh will handle the set-up/clean up.
3. PICK YOUR PAINTING
Select a painting you would like to paint for your private party from our Paint Sesh gallery or have a custom painting created for your event with an additional fee of $50.
Black Light – a different painting experience!
Hosting a painting party is a great option when you want to celebrate with friends and family to in the comfort of your home. The Paint Sesh can bring this unique UV painting party experience to you. The Instructor/Entertainer will work with you and your guests to re-create the featured painting that was selected by you! We bring all the painting supplies and lighting for your painting party to create your beautiful masterpieces!

Black Light Painting Party Breakdown
Currently we can book our parties as few as 15 and as many as 60 painters at $40 per painter (adult parties) This includes 2 hours of paint time. We provide: table cloths, easels, paint brushes, acrylic/uv paints, aprons, water cups, and paper products to use & a canvas for creating. Our standard size gallery wrapped canvas is a 16″ x 20″ (but we do offer other sized canvases upon request.) The host provides: the venue, tables, chairs, and food + drinks of their choice.
Set-Up & Clean Up
When setting your painting party start time, please keep in mind this is the time instruction will begin and the Instructor/Assistant will arrive prior to start setting up for your event. Please have your guests arrive on time to get ready to paint and party on the scheduled time! Don’t worry about cleaning up after the painting party, we will take care of everything. No hassle, no mess.
We also do Kids Painting Parties for ages 7+ throughout Southern California.

Helpful Booking Tip
Blacklight painting parties work best at night or in a dark room with no windows to really get the full effect! In order to light up with our UV lights we will need access to multiple outlets, otherwise a regular painting party is a better option to book.
The Paint Sesh is booked regularly on the weekends, so the sooner you book and pay the deposit the better your chances are of getting your desired private party date.
Additional Fees & Add Ons
- $50 for your own custom painting (other than whats in our painting gallery.)
- $25 for every additional half hour past the 2 hours of painting time.
- $50 for each time rescheduling your party occurs.
- $75 for a last minute booking within 48 hours of requested date.
TRAVEL FEE: Our home base is Riverside, CA but we travel throughout Southern California
- 00 – 30 miles = $0 It’s on us!
- 31 – 40 miles = $30
- 41 – 50 miles = $40
- 51 – 60 miles = $50

Private Painting Party Deposit
The date and time is not secure until the deposit is paid! The Paint Sesh Private Painting Parties are booked by placing a non-refundable deposit of $150 (that goes toward the total cost to of your party which secures your date and time.) Once the deposit is paid your private party will be blocked out on our calendar. The remaining balance will be due no later than 7 days before your party or your work party will not be held. Tables, chairs, drinks, & food are NOT included in the cost.
Private Party Cancellation Policy
While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our cancellation policy is in place to protect the professional artist that is scheduled to instruct and entertain each party.
