Keep in mind we are booked regularly on the weekends. Therefore, the sooner you book your office party, the better your chances are of getting your desired date.
The Host (You) Provides
For instance, these items are NOT included in the cost: Lighting, Venue, Tables, Chairs, Food, and Drinks.
Deposit | $100
Your event is only secured when the deposit has been paid. Furthermore, the non-refundable deposit goes toward securing your painting party.
Remaining Balance: Due no later than 7 days before your event.
Travel Fee| $0 – $60+
Our home base is in Cincinnati, Ohio but we travel throughout the Southern Ohio, Greater Cincinnati Area. (Dayton, Columbus, West Chester, Mason Oxford, Newport KY, Covington KY, etc.)
00 – 30 miles = $0 It’s on us!
31 – 45 miles = $30
46 – 55 miles = $40
56 – 65 miles = $50
66 – 75 miles = $60
Custom Painting | +$60
Get a custom painting created for your event. Just send over a reference photo, and our artist will work her magic!
Late Start Time Fee | +$20/HHR
$20 fee for every half hour past the scheduled start time.
Last Minute Booking Fee | +$60
Booking within 72 hours of the requested date.
Rescheduling Fee | +$100
Each time rescheduling your party occurs.
