About Wooden Cask

Wooden Cask Brewing Company has been a staple of the Northern Kentucky craft beer scene for more than a decade, and we’re excited to bring The Paint Sesh to one of Newport’s most unique breweries for a relaxed Paint & Sip experience.

Located in the heart of Newport, Kentucky, Wooden Cask is known for its traditional European-style beers, cozy atmosphere, and commitment to good conversation. In fact, the brewery intentionally avoids the typical sports bar vibe, creating a laid-back space where people can slow down, connect, and enjoy a great pint.

Join us for an evening of painting, craft beer, and creativity in a welcoming neighborhood brewery owned and operated by Northern Kentucky locals Randy and Karen Schiltz. This isn’t a formal art class. It’s a fun, guided painting session where you can grab a drink, spend time with friends, and create something you’ll actually want to take home.

No experience is needed, and all painting supplies are included. Events typically run about 2 hours, making this the perfect way to unwind after work, enjoy a date night, or try something new with friends.
