Shipping & Returns
Shipping. Most orders ship from our Cincinnati studio within 3–5 business days. Our painting kits are made right here to order, while apparel is printed or embroidered just for you, so those items may need a few extra days. Apparel also ships separately from our studio items, meaning mixed orders may arrive in two packages with separate shipping charges.
Returns. All sales are final. Since many of our products are made to order or produced in small batches, we're unable to accept returns for sizing mistakes or changes of mind.
Our promise. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right! Just send us a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. We'd much rather make things right than leave you disappointed.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders leave our Cincinnati studio in 3 to 5 business days. Painting kits are made to order right here, and apparel is printed or embroidered when you order it, so give those pieces a few extra days.
Why is my order shipping from two places?
Part of your order ships from our Cincinnati studio, and the made to order pieces are crafted when you order them and ship on their own. Two packages, one small business.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
That's on us. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. We'd rather fix it than lose you.
Can I send a painting kit as a gift?
Yes. Every kit comes packed in its Paint Sesh box, ready to give. Send it straight to their address at checkout, or grab an E-Gift Card and let them pick their own.
