Booking a Work Painting Party is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. SELECT YOUR PAINTING
Select a painting you would like to paint for your private party from our Paint Sesh gallery or have a custom painting created for your event.
2. PICK YOUR DATE & TIME
Choose when you would like to have your painting party. Only a minimum of 14 painters is needed to book! Your private party date is secured when the deposit is paid.
3. INVITE YOUR GUESTS
Gather up your coworkers and business partners. Be ready to Paint & Party in the comfort of your office, work place or chosen venue! We handle the set-up/clean up.

WE PROVIDE: 2 hours of paint time, music and entertainment | Table Cloths, Easels, Paint Brushes, Acrylic Paints, Aprons, Water Cups + Paper Towels to use & a canvas to paint on.
Our standard size gallery wrapped canvas is a 16″ x 20″ but upon request we can provide different size canvases or other painting surfaces such as wine glasses or tote bags. We take care of the setup and clean-up. No Hassles – No Mess!
DEPOSIT: Non-refundable.

Helpful Booking Tip
The Paint Sesh is booked regularly on the weekends, so the sooner you book and pay the deposit the better your chances are of getting your desired private party date.
The Host Provides
Venue, Tables, Chairs, Food + Drinks of their choice. These items are NOT included in the painting party cost.
Travel Fee
Our home base is Riverside, CA (92504) but we travel throughout Southern California
00 – 30 miles = $0 It’s on us!
31 – 40 miles = $30
41 – 50 miles = $40
51 – 60 miles = $50
61+ miles = *Ask for Pricing
Work Painting Party Deposit | $150
Your date and time is only secured when the deposit has been paid! This non-refundable deposit of $150 goes toward the total cost of your party and secures your painting party date and time.
Once the deposit is paid your private party will be blocked out on our calendar. The remaining balance will be due no later than 7 days before your event or your painting party will not be held.
Additional Painting Time | +$25/HHR
$25 for every additional half hour past the 2 hours of painting time.
Painting Party Rescheduling Fee | +$50
Each time rescheduling your party occurs.

Last Minute Booking Fee | +$75
Booking within 72 hours of requested date.
