Chelz wanted to be an artist ever since she could pick up a crayon. Growing up in the midwest she always knew there was something greater out there. To pursue a more art full-filled life, she moved to Southern California.
She started out instructing painting events for another company. After a couple of years of working for someone else, she decided to become her own lady boss (with her significant other) and start-up The Paint Sesh. Getting to share the love of expressing yourself artistically has a dream come true.
Chelz, has now been instructing painting classes for 6+ Years and has Taught over 1K+ Events, and created over 400 Paintings so rest assured you’re in good hands for your Paint Sesh! Her goal is to continue to lift others up and help you to achieve, what you think, might be impossible.

In her spare time, she is also a freelance artist for my personal brand Chelzart. She specializes in colorful contemporary meets pop-art acrylic paintings on canvas. The main subjects she creates are Pets, People, Nature, or Landscapes. She literally loves brightening someone’s day with her vibrant art!
