Booking a Work Party is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. SELECT YOUR DATE & TIME
Choose when you would like to have your painting party. Only a minimum of 10 painters is needed to book! Your office party is not secure until the deposit is paid.
2. COORDINATE WITH YOUR TEAM
Gather up your team and be ready to paint and party in the comfort of your work place or chosen venue. The Paint Sesh will handle all of the set-up/clean up.

The Paint Sesh Work painting parties make the ultimate team building activity to inspire your team and spark their creative genius. They can also be team-building sessions that offer leadership development, promote camaraderie, celebrate a holiday, or just say “thank you” to your team for a job well-done. After all, Teamwork makes the dream work! We can bring the office party to your work in Southern California or we can go to your favorite restaurant.

Work Party Breakdown
Currently we can book our painting parties as few as 10 and as many as 30 painters at $30 per painter. This includes 2 hours of paint time. We provide: table cloths, easels, paint brushes, paints, aprons, water cups, and paper products to use & a canvas for creating. Our standard size gallery wrapped canvas is a 16″ x 20″ but on request we can also provide different size canvases or other painting surfaces such as wine glasses, totes, etc. The host provides: the venue, tables, chairs, and food + drinks of their choice.
Set-Up & Clean Up
When setting your office party start time, please keep in mind this is the time instruction will begin and the Art Instructor & Assistant will arrive prior to start setting up for your event. Please have your guests arrive on time to get ready to paint and party on the scheduled time! Don’t worry about cleaning up after the painting party, we will take care of everything. No hassle, no mess.
We also do Private Painting Parties in the comfort of your home throughout Southern California.
Helpful Booking Tip
The Paint Sesh is booked regularly on the weekends, so the sooner you book and pay the deposit the better your chances are of getting your desired painting party date. Additional Fees & Add Ons
- $50 for your own custom painting (other than whats in our painting gallery.)
- $25 for every additional half hour past the 2.5 hours of painting time.
- $20 for each time rescheduling your party occurs.
- $50 for a last minute booking within 48 hours of requested date.
TRAVEL FEE: Our home base is Riverside, CA but we travel throughout Southern California
- 00 – 30 miles = $0 It’s on us!
- 31 – 50 miles = $25
- 51 – 70 miles = $35
- 71 – 90 miles = $45
Work Painting Party Deposit
The office party is not secure until the deposit is paid! The Paint Sesh Work Parties are booked by placing a non-refundable deposit of $150 (that goes toward the total cost to of your party which secures your date and time.) Once the deposit is paid your work party will be blocked out on our calendar. The remaining balance will be due no later than 7 days before your party or your work party will not be held. Tables, chairs, drinks, & food are NOT included in the cost.
Work Party Cancellation Policy
While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our cancellation policy is in place to protect the professional artist that is scheduled to instruct and entertain each party.
